		<description>I&#039;m new to the Private Investigation and I&#039;m trying to locate an adoptees biological parents. I only have the mothers maiden name and a little history about the couple. Only the child has registerd with the States adoption registry and I have the childs birth index number.. There are so many sites that claim to have information, but are they sites that people can trust??
