It sure makes life simple when someone calls at 2 am with a queation you could only answer by having the file in front of you, which in all reality you you don't... Oh wait Remote Desktop or VPN to your desk, find the file and have the info in under a minute. YES, everybody should streamline. Saving time and money only makes CENTS!
