The monthly “Low Activity Fee” is discontinued.
MONTHLY SERVICE FEE. A $20.00 Service Fee will be assessed each month. This fee will be waived for any month in which the Customer’s purchases exceed $35.00.
PAYMENT OF MONTHLY SERVICE FEE. Payment of the monthly Service Fee will be processed on the first day of the following month by an automatic charge to Customer’s credit card on file designated for this purpose. If for any reason the Customer’s credit card transaction fails, the $20.00 Service Fee will be deducted from Customer’s outstanding web balance. If Customer’s web balance is less than $20.00, the remaining balance will be applied to the Service Fee and the Customer’s account will be disabled.
ACCOUNTS DISABLED FOR INACTIVITY. Merlin will disable Customer’s account if Customer fails to use Merlin’s services for a period of 180 consecutive days. If a Customer’s account is disabled for inactivity and not reactivated within 60 days of being disabled, Merlin will close the Customer’s account. Any remaining Customer web balance is nonrefundable.
DISABLED ACCOUNTS & REACTIVATION FEE. If Merlin disables a Customer’s account, Customer is exempt from the monthly Service Fee until Customer’s account is reactivated. Reactivation of a disabled account is subject to Merlin’s approval. There is a $20.00 Reactivation Fee to reactivate a disabled account.
