I see C&S Bail says they aren't required, but I was told by a bond company near Detroit that Recovery Agents were going to be required to be licensed. I have scoured LARA and OFIR and can not find ANYTHING requiring you to have a license. Thanks for the post C&S. Let alone, it be a State requirement.Maybe this guy would like to pay for my liability insurance?Bail Agents are already regulated by the OFIR as are our Underwriters who are regulated by the OFIR, and their counterpart in various states.These seem to be suggestions by people NOT in the bail bonds business.
