		<description>As somebody who came out of science into investigations, I can say without even looking at the scientific papers that this is hooey.  We hear about the &quot;latest&quot; developments all the time, and 99% of the time, they are simply the selling points for more grants - not usable developments.  This is no different.  A more useful article to reprint in PursuitMag, given that we&#039;re not cops who want a conviction no matter what, is found here, on the serious need for a overhaul of forensic science in this country:
